Listing a Product is obligatory because it provides information about the Product and services and helps buyers easily identify their requirements. Before registering Products and services on GeM, sellers must undergo an obligatory Gem vendor assessment process to get OEM status. The Product and services are classified into different categories, and each category has its requirements for listing on GeM.
